玉米加工企业中变电站综合自动化系统的应用

摘    要:为了适应玉米加工企业连续化生产对电能安全稳定供应的要求,在变电站中实施了一个计算机保护监控综合自动化系统,使得继电保护、控制、信号、测量、电量、远动等系统功能一体化。同时,探讨了变电站综合自动化系统的特点、系统结构和主要功能。变电站综合自动化系统的成功运用,简化了变电站设计、安装、调试,提高了运行、维护、管理水平,大大降低了操作人员的工作强度和误操作率,提高了变电站设备的整体利用率,从而保证了企业生产的安全、稳定、高效运行。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of secure and stable power supply for the continuous production in corn processing industry, an computer integrated protection and supervision automation system for power transformer is implemented, which incorporates relay protection, control, signal, measurement, energy metrology and tele-operation altogether in one system. The characteristics, system structure and main functions of integrated automation system are studied here. The successful application of the integrated automation system has simplified the design, installation and test of the transformer substation, and improved the efficiency of operation, maintenance and management, and has greatly alleviates the workload and error rate of relevant operators, and boosted the total availability of the transformer substation, and thus guaranteed the safe, stable and efficient production in the enterprise.
