| 摘 要： | 介绍一种生物、膨化新技术，目的是使农业秸秆的结构发生变化、淀粉糊化、蛋白质变性、可溶性纤维增加、抗营养因子减少，可制备优质牛羊蛋白颗粒饲料，从而全面提升秸秆的营养价值，扩大秸秆综合利用的途径。

| Abstract: | This investigation describes a new method for production of qualified pellet feeds using bio-expanding technique. The technique consists of: change of structure of agricultural stalks, paste of starch, denatured protein, increase of soluble fibre and decrease of anti-nutrient factor. Afterwards, it may be prepared for high quality of protein pellet feeds for rearing cattle and sheep. It ia discovered that the nutritional value of treated stalks obviously raised that original. The technique made an additional of utilization of agricultural stalks. |
