| 摘 要： | 习近平总书记在扶贫工作中强调指出,精准扶贫要抓好基层干部、科技扶贫人员、真贫户、乡村本土人才四个"关键主体"：依托基层干部解读、落实好国家扶贫政策,精准使用扶贫资金,坚定老百姓脱贫决心;依托科技扶贫人员做好精准施策,把好精准扶贫方向,坚定老百姓脱贫信心;探底真贫户致贫原因,彻底解放其思想,激发其致富内生动力;培育好乡村本土人才,致力脱贫后致富可持续性建设,组建"原生态"致富生力军。

| Abstract: | For poverty alleviation work, General Secretary Xi Jinping stresses that the work should focus on the four key subjects:grassroots cadres, scientists and engineers, poor households and rural local talents. We need to rely on grassroots cadres to interpret and implement the state''s relevant policies, make targeted use of relevant funds and strengthen people''s resolve to alleviate poverty, and rely on scientists and engineers to take targeted measures, keep to the set course and enhance people''s confidence in reducing poverty. Besides, we also need to explore the true causes of poverty among poor households, completely emancipate their minds, stimulate their endogenous power to achieve prosperity, and need to cultivate rural local talents, strive for sustainable development after fulfilling the task of poverty alleviation, and build a new force for achieving prosperity. |
