| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠酚红祛痰法比较了桔梗总皂苷及桔梗总次皂苷的祛痰作用。试验结果表明:桔梗总皂苷及黑曲霉转化的桔梗总次皂苷均能增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05)。桔梗总皂苷及桔梗总次皂苷的高、中剂量组有较强的祛痰作用。
