虚拟制造技术在农机产品设计制造中的应用

摘    要:在传统的农业机械设计制造中,产品设计周期长、费时费力,很难适应当今市场需求.应用虚拟制造(virtual manufacture, VM)技术研究开发农机产品,对于减少产品开发的盲目性、缩短研制周期、降低制造成本、提高机器的适应能力、增加机器的工作可靠性及延长机器的使用寿命具有非常重要的意义.为此,介绍了虚拟制造技术的技术内涵,讨论了它与虚拟现实、实际制造之间的关系,对虚拟制造技术发展概况进行了介绍,构建了农机产品虚拟制造体系结构;同时,分析了农业机械虚拟制造系统的构成,并以脱粒机械为实例详述了虚拟制造具体过程.

Abstract:The traditional agricultural machinery design work is hard to do, and time consuming. The design cycle is too long to meet the demand of nowadays market. With the applying of virtual manufacture technology in developing of agricultural machinery product, the blindness of product development falls off, the develop period is shortened; the cost of manufacture is reduced. At the same time, machine adaptability, reliability and operating life can be improved. In this paper, the connotation of virtual manufacture is discussed, and virtual manufacture system is compared with others, such as virtual reality, manufacturing. Then the main progresses of virtual manufacture are presented. Finally, the architecture of agricultural machinery virtual manufacturing system is established and constitute of virtual manufacture system is pointed out.
