| 摘 要： | 为探究农业培训对推动新型职业农民发展的影响,文章以2019年粤赣两省501份新型职业农民调查数据为基础,采取倾向得分匹配法(PSM),实证分析了农业培训对新型职业农民农业经营性收入效应。结果表明:第一,农业培训对新型职业农业经营性收入有显著促进作用,参加过农业培训的新型职业农民农业经营性收入的对数要比未参加过农业培训的新型职业农民农业经营性收入的对数高出1.176。第二,在考虑了样本的"自选择"问题以后,农业培训对新型职业农民农业经营性收入水平对数的影响变小,核匹配结果的差值为1.071。第三,性别、年龄、从事农业生产年限、家庭农业从业人数和地形特征变量对新型职业农民参加农业培训的影响各异。可见,要创新培训方式,注重差异化培训。

Study on the impact of training onthe agricultural operating income of novel professional farmers |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the impact of agricultural training on promoting the development of new professional farmers, this article is based on 501 new professional farmers survey data in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces from 2019 and adopts the propensity score matching method (PSM) and empirical analysis of the effect of agricultural training on the agricultural operating income of new type professional farmers. The results show that, first, agricultural training has a significant role in promoting new type vocational agricultural operating income. The logarithm of agricultural operating income of new type professional farmers who have participated in agricultural training is 1.176 higher than that of new type professional farmers who have not participated in the agricultural training. Second, after considering the “self selection”problem of the sample, the impact of agricultural training on the logarithm of agricultural operating income level of new type professional farmers becomes smaller, and the difference between the core matching results is 1.071. Third, gender, age, years of agricultural production, the number of family farming employees, and topographical characteristics have different effects on the participation of new professional farmers in the agricultural training. It can be seen that we must innovate training methods and focus on differentiated training. |
