| Abstract: | The financial control is studied from the angle of corporate governance. The status of corporate governance and financial control in forestry enterprises in China is analyzed. The resluts show that the main factors influencing the financial control in forestry enterprises are the organization structure, financial structure, operation performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of enterprises. |
