摘 要: | 目的:测定人参果皂苷口服液中人参皂苷的含量,确定简便、快速、准确的检测方法。方法:以人参皂苷Re为标准品,用UV-2100型紫外可见分光光度计测定人参果皂苷口服液中人参皂苷含量。结论:此法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,便于测定制剂中人参皂苷的含量。

Abstract: | Objective: The contents of Ginseng saponins in oral Ginseng fruit saponins solution were determined and convenient, fast and accurate determination methods were studied. Methods: The contents of Ginseng saponins in oral Ginseng fruit saponins solution were examined by colorimetry with UV-2100 type spectrophotometer through Ginseng saponins Re as standard samples. Conclusion: The methods was convenient, fast and accurate as well as excellent recovery in order to determine the contents of Ginseng saponins in the preparations. |
