几个不同来源玉米单倍体诱导系诱导效果的研究

摘    要:研究5个不同来源的玉米单倍体诱导系(高诱1号、高诱2号、Y01、Y02、Y04)对不同遗传基础材料单倍体诱导能力的差异。结果表明,5个诱导系中单倍体诱导率最高的是Y04,达到8.90%;最低的是高诱2号,为6.16%。同一诱导系对不同遗传基础材料的诱导率也不同,一般瑞德血缘的诱导率较高,5个诱导系平均达到了8.54%;兰卡斯特血缘的诱导率最低,平均为6.38%。

Abstract:Haploid inducing ability of five inducers from different resources was studied. The result showed that Y04 has the best inducing ratio, which is 8.90%; and Gaoyou2 on the opposite, is 6.16%. At the same time, when the female was Reid, the average of inducing ratio is 8.54%, if it was Lan., the number is 6.38%.
