秦岭野生春兰组织培养过程中的褐化控制研究

摘    要:以秦岭野生春兰为材料,选花梗和花萼作为外植体,以1/2MS作为基本培养基,运用L9(34)正交实验研究处理对褐化的影响。结果表明:处理4是控制春兰外植体褐化的最佳的方法,即1/2MS+活性炭(AC)1 g/L+PVP 5 g/L+暗培养10 d。

Abstract:In this research,peduncle and calyx of Cymbidium goeringii were used as the explants,1/2MS were used as the basic medium,L9(34)orthogonal test were used to examine the impact of treatment on the browning.Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone(PVP),citric acid,activated carbon,and different time of dark cultivation were used to study the effect of the control on orchids browning.The results showed that treatment four was the best to control orchid browning and that was 1/2MS+AC 1 g/L+PVP 5 g/L+10 days cultivation in the dark...
