摘    要:预测双亲杂种优势是目前杂种优势预测方法难于应用的主要原因,而预测制恢组合与不育系能否产生杂种优势是可行方案,并已应用于水稻三系恢复系选育,探讨了方案目前成效不大的原因,该方案可极大提高恢复系育种效率,也可称为F1测交与高代测交相结合的恢复系选育方法.

Abstract:Predicting heterosis of two parents is the main reason for no breeding application of heterosis predicting methods. However, predicting heterosis between abortion line and cross combination is a practicable method and the method has been applied in developing rice restorer line of 3-line system. The cause of little achievement of the method was analyzed. The method could improve breeding efficiency significantly and was also called restorer line breeding method via F1 testcross and Fn testcross.
