| 摘 要： | 将80只24日龄公雏随机分成A、B、C、D四组，观察各组鸡的临床症状，肌肉、肝、脾、肾及法氏囊特征病理变化。结果发现：攻毒后除A组轻微外，各组均出现腿肌条状或点状出血，肝、脾、肾及法氏囊肿大，但经治疗144h后剖解，A、B、C组肉眼病变消失，D组仍有病变且法氏囊萎缩。光镜观察，A、B、C组鸡的法氏囊病理组织学变化均明显好于D组，说明中药“囊复康”防治鸡IBD效果良好。

| Abstract: | Eighty male chickens for twenty-four days old were randomly allocated to four groups to check clinic symptom of every group and pathological changes of muscle, liver, spleen, kidney and bursa were obverted in different periods. The result shows that group A appeared trifling pathological changes and all other groups hemorrhaged of stripe type and spot type, liver, spleen, kidney and bursa swelled and so on, and then treated for 144 hours,pathological changes of group A and B and C disappeared,but group D had pathological changes and bursa atrophic. By microscopic examination, histopathological changes of bursa of group A and B and C are better than that of group D. Nangfukang of traditional Chinese medicine successfully prevents and controls chicken infectious bursal disease. |
