| 摘 要： | 在装有瘤胃和盲肠瘘管的湖羊的研究表明,舍饲青草条件下,盲肠 pH 呈弱碱性(7.42±0.07),瘤胃呈弱酸性(6.41±0.01)。NH_3—N 浓度平均分别为34.30±8.81和21.65±1.34mg/100mL。TVFA 浓度为6.30±0.57和12.97±0.46 m moL/100 mL,均属乙酸发酵类型。总脱氢酶活性盲肠和瘤胃分别为679±33和994±33u/100mL/min。饲喂后瘤胃和盲肠的代谢水平均明显提高。尼龙绢袋法测定稻草粉纤维素消失率,盲肠为51.34+1.49%,瘤胃59.36±1.30%。上述代谢指标表明,盲肠代谢水平低于瘤胃,盲肠与瘤胃的代谢存在一定的联系。

| Abstract: | The rumen and cecum cannulae were fitted to three Hu sheep.The pH values in the
cecum and rumen averaged 7.42±0.07 and 6.41±0.01,respectively during forage feeding.
Feed intake affected the metabolism in the rumen and cecum significantly.The rumen pH
lowered rapidly after feeding and the cecum pH fluctuated during 1～3 hours after feeding.
The mean NH_3——N contents in the cecum and rumen were 34.30±8.81 mg/100mL and
21.65_+1.34 mg/100mL respectively.The total VFA concentrations in the cecum and rumen
averaged 6.30±0.57 mmol/100mL and 12.97±0.46 mmol/100mL,respectively.The mean
value of total dehydrogenase activity in the rumen was 994±33u/100mL/min,which
changed markedly,and appeared a peak after feeding,meanwhile that in the cecum varied
slowly.
The disappearance rate of rice straw fiber was 51.34±1.49% in cecum and 59.36±1.30%
in rumen in 48 hours.The results showed that there was relationship between metabolisms in
cecum and rumen in sheep. |
