解磷细菌的分离纯化鉴定与生物学特性研究

摘    要:目的]为解磷菌解磷机理的研究奠定基础。方法]采用有机磷和无机磷两种不同的培养基,对有机磷细菌和无机磷细菌进行分离,纯化和鉴定获取解磷菌株并对其生物学特性进行研究。结果]从4种菌肥中分离并鉴定了4种解磷能力较强的菌株,并从菌肥来源上比较了4种菌肥的解磷能力,结果表明源自菌肥肥田生的菌株解磷能力最强,源自菌肥垦易的次之。这4株菌株在含磷酸钙盐比例较小的培养基中透明圈明显,而在比例较大的培养基中的解磷能力受到限制,不出现透明圈。从有机磷培养基中分离得到的菌株5号在无机磷培养基上也有明显的透明圈。结论]有机磷细菌和无机磷细菌的解磷机理在某些方面是吻合的。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to lay the foundation for the study on the phosphate-solubilizing mechanism of the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria.Method] Applying 2 different mediums of organic phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus,the organic phosphate bacteria and inorganic phosphate bacteria were isolated,purified and identified to obtain the phosphate-solubilizing strains and their biological characteristics were studied.Result] 4 strains with strong phosphate-solubilizing ability were isolated and identified from 4 kinds of bacterial fertilizers and the phosphate-solubilizing ability of the 4 kinds of bacterial fertilizers were compared from the source.The result showed that the phosphate-solubilizing ability of the strain isolated from the bacterial fertilizer Feitiansheng was strongest,followed by that isolated from the bacterial fertilizer Kenyi.4 strains had obvious transparent circle in the medium with lower proportion of phosphate,while their phosphate-solubilizing ability were restricted in the medium with higher proportion of phosphate and had no transparent circle.The strain was isolated from the organic phosphate medium,also had transparent circle in the inorganic medium.Conclusion] The phosphate-solubilizing mechanism of organic phosphate bacteria was anastomosed with that of the inorganic phosphate bacteria in some aspects.
