水杨酸对郁金香试管微鳞茎形成和生长的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)对3个品种郁金香试管微鳞茎形成和生长的影响。结果表明:0.1 mmol/L SA能够显著提高试管鳞茎的数量;0.5 mmol/L SA能够显著提高郁金香试管鳞茎的重量,且有调节试管鳞茎同期发育的作用,1.0~2.0 g的试管鳞茎占大部分,试管鳞茎大小分布集中。

Abstract:Effect of different concentrations of SA on fornmtion and growth of Tulipa gesneriana micro-bulb was studied. The results indicated that O. 1 mmot/L SA could increase number of micro-bulb significantly, 0.5 mmol/L SA could increase weight of micro-bulb significantly and also could regulate the development of micro-bulbs during the same phase. The major proportion of micro-bulb weighed 1.0 - 2.0 g.
