摘    要:为了解决拖拉机可靠性评价因素多、定量难的问题,将模糊理论应用于拖拉机可靠性评价中。给出了拖拉机可靠性特征量,以履带式拖拉机故障跟踪试验为依据,得到了可靠性特征量的计算值,用模糊综合评价法对该拖拉机使用可靠性进行评价,得到了拖拉机使用可靠性的评价结果。

Abstract:In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation of tractor reliability by the fuzzy theory was developed, which solved the problems of multifactor and difficult to fix quantity during an evaluation. The factors that influence tracklaying tractor and application reliability were analyzed. The engine value of the tractor reliability was obtained based on the given engine quantity and the failure data by tracking the tractor process. The fuzzy method was successfully applied to evaluate the tractor process reliability. Many indexes, which consisted of the different level fuzzy information, were used to evaluate the tractor reliability.
