| 致乌苏里母貉腹泻性疾病病原的检测分析 |

| 摘 要： | 为了鉴定乌苏里母貉腹泻性疾病病原,采集患腹泻母貉的肛拭子及粪便样品,通过胶体金试纸条、卵囊分离法、PCR法和细菌分离鉴定等方法对采集的病料进行病原检测。结果显示,犬瘟热病毒、细小病毒、冠状病毒抗原检测为阴性,分离鉴定的病原为钩口线虫和大肠杆菌,通过致病性试验验证其致病性,分离的大肠杆菌对小白鼠具有很强的致病性。引起貉腹泻的病原为钩口线虫和大肠杆菌混合感染,且分离的致病性大肠杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻呋、美罗培南、左氧氟沙星4种药物敏感,其他的药物具有不同的耐药性。为貉腹泻病的防控提供研究基础。

| Abstract: | In order to identify the pathogen of diarrhea in female Ussuri raccoon dog(Nyctereutes procyonoides ussuriensis),we collected anal swabs and fecal samples of females with diarrhea.Pathogens presence was tested by colloidal gold strip,oocyst isolation,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and bacterial isolation.The antigens for canine distemper virus,parvovirus and coronavirus were negative.The pathogens isolated and identified were hookworm and Escherichia coli.The pathogenicity was verified by pathogenicity test.The isolated E.coli was highly pathogenic to mice.The pathogen of raccoon dog diarrhea was mixed infection of hookworm and E.coli.The isolated E.coli was sensitive to ceftriaxone,ceftiofur,meropenem and levofloxacin,and had different levels of resistance to other drugs. |
