摘    要:分子标记直接反映基因组序列水平上的遗传多样性,被广泛地应用于基因定位、多样性分析、作物遗传育种及医疗等领域。近几年,伴随着芯片杂交技术和测序技术的快速发展,高通量、高自动化的分子标记检测技术有许多新发展。本文针对目前常用的分子标记检测新技术,包括dCAPS、KASPar、基因芯片、简化基因组测序和靶向测序基因型检测等技术的原理、方法、优缺点和其应用前景进行综述,为分子标记的检测和遗传相关研究提供信息支持。

Abstract:Molecular markers directly reflect the genetic diversity at the genome sequence level, and are widely used in the fields of gene mapping, diversity analysis, plant genetic breeding, and medical treatment. In recent years, with the rapid development of sequencing technology and DNA microarray technology, there were many new developments about high-throughput and highly automated molecular marker detection technology. This article reviews the principles, methods, advantages and disadvantages and application prospects of the commonly used new molecular marker detection technologies, including dCAPS, KASPar, DNA microarray, GBS (genotype by sequencing), and targeted sequencing genotyping detection technologies, which provide information support for molecular detection and genetic related research.
