摘    要:内蒙古草原牧区范围广阔,包括33个牧业旗县,在内蒙古经济社会发展及生态建设中占有重要地位。建设生态牧区、实现牧区现代化是牧区建设的重要目标。在深入分析内蒙古牧区生态本底和产业发展现状及存在问题的基础上,借鉴国内外畜牧业发展模式和经验,从生态因素制约、种养结合等角度,提出牧区现代化发展思路和建设的指标体系,为内蒙古牧区建设奠定理论基础。

Abstract:The grassland of Inner Mongolia covers a wide area, including 33 animal husbandry counties, which occupies an important position in the economic and social development and ecological construction of Inner Mongolia. Constructing ecological pastoral area and realizing the modernization of pastoral area are the important goals of pastoral area construction. Based on the thorough analysis of ecological background, industry development status and existing problems in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, we put forward the index system of modern development ideas and construction from the aspects of ecological factors and combination of planting and breeding by referring successful experiences in animal husbandry development at home and abroad, in hoping to lay theoretical basis for the construction of pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.
