构树解剖结构特征与抗旱性研究

摘    要:采用石蜡切片和光学显微切片方法,对构树叶、茎、根的显微结构进行观察,研究构树解剖结构特性与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,构树叶表皮毛丰富,角质层较厚,栅栏组织发达,维管系统密度大,茎具有发达的髓部,根次生木质部比例大,导管发达。根、茎、叶组织中广泛分布着结晶细胞,含有大量的染色较深的代谢物质,具备许多抗旱结构特征。

Studies on the Anatomical Structure Characteristics and Drought Resistance of Broussonetia papyrifera

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the anatomical structure characteristics and drought resistance of B.papyrifera,the microstructure of the leaves,stems,roots were observed by using paraffin section and optical microscopic section method.The results indicated that the leaves of B.papyrifera had flourishing epidermis hair,thicker cuticle,developed palisade tissue and dense vascular system.The more developed pith was found in the stem while a larger percentage of secondary xylem and developed vessels were observed in the root.In addition,there were crystal cells in roots,stems and leaves textures widely and lots of deep metabolites,which had a number of structural features.
