摘 要: | 目的]考察Mn2+和Fe2+胁迫处理对商陆(Phytolacaa acinosaRoxb.)种子萌发及成苗的影响。方法]统计商陆种子在不同浓度Mn2+、Fe2+处理下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及成苗率,考察Mn2+、Fe2+胁迫处理对商陆种子萌发及成苗的影响。结果]与对照相比,商陆种子的萌发在Mn2+<1 000 mg/L或Fe2+<45 mg/L时未受到显著的影响;Mn2+、Fe2+胁迫处理对商陆幼苗生长的影响大于对种子萌发的影响,其受Mn2+、Fe2+抑制的临界浓度分别为800和45 mg/L。结论]该研究为土壤和水体锰铁污染的植物修复提供了参考。

Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress on germination and seedling growth of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed.Method] The germination rate,germination vigor as well as germination index and seedling survival rate of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed under different Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress were calculated,investigating effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress.Result] In comparison with control,when concentration of Mn2+ and Fe2+ were lower than 1 000 and 45 mg/L respectively,the germination of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed varied insignificantly;effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress on seedling growth was stronger than seed germination,with critical concentration of 800 and 45 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion] This case provides reference for restoring plants polluted by Mn2+ and Fe2+. |
