摘    要:目的]考察并比较黄精根部和茎部挥发油成分和含量的异同性。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄精根和茎中的挥发油,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)和峰面积归一化法分析并比较其化学成分和相对含量。结果]黄精根挥发油成分中鉴定出26种化合物,占挥发油相对含量的90.87%;黄精茎挥发油成分中共鉴定出化合物有37种,占挥发油相对含量的94.58%。其中,有13种挥发油成分化合物同时存在于黄精根和茎中,其中只有2种化合物的相对含量相差不大,小于5.0%;其他11种化合物的相对含量相差均大于5.0%。结论]黄精根部和茎部挥发油的化学成分及其相对含量有较大差异性。

GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Cmpounds in Different Paits of Polygonatum sibiricum

Abstract:Objective] Comparison of volatile oil in the roots and stems of P.sibiricum was proceeded in this research.Method] Steam distillation extraction followed by GC-MS combined with quantification by peak area normalization method was used to analyze volatile compounds in the roots and stems of P.sibiricum.Result] The results showed that 26 compounds were identified;accounting for 90.87% of the total volatile compounds from the roots of P.sibiricum,and 37 compounds were identified,accounting for 94.58% of the total volatile compounds from the stems of P.sibiricum.There were 13 compounds existing both in the roots and stems.Relative content of 2 compounds was very similar,less than 5.0 %,but the relative content of other compounds were differ greatly,all more than 5.0%.Conclusion]Volatile oil was dissimilar in the roots and stems of P.sibiricum.
