| 摘 要： | 林业可持续发展评价是当前研究的热点之一,尤其是评价指标体系的研究更为重要.林业可持续发展指标体系能够反映可持续林业的基本特征,评价指标体系的构建能够对可持续林业的各个方面进行综合、全面评价,防止片面性;用统一的标准将可持续林业的定性指标和定量指标进行综合评价.本文依据林业可持续发展的评价原则及廊坊市的区域特点构建廊坊市可持续林业的评价指标体系,采用层次分析与赋权相结合的方法,确定指标体系中的各类指标权重,定量评价廊坊市林业是否具有可持续能力.结果表明,廊坊市整体上还不具有可持续能力.在此基础上,提出了实现可持续发展的对策. |

| Abstract: | The evaluation of sustainable development of forestry is one of the major studies at present, especially the indexes system of evaluation .The indexes system of sustainable development of forestry can reflect the basic character of the sustainable forestry. The construction of indexes system evaluation can evaluate every aspect of the forestry synthetically and completely, in order to avoid the unilateralism. The qualitative and quantitative indexes of the sustainable forestry were evaluated by the uniform standards.According to the evaluation principle and the regional character of Langfang city,the indexes system is developed.Using the combinative methods of AHP and empowerment to confirm the weighting of every index, to evaluate by quantitative method whether it has the ability of sustainable development or not. The result indicates that Langfang city has not the ability of sustainable development as a whole. So the article puts forward some countermeasures base on the case above. |
