| 摘 要： | 旅游管理这样的＂应用专业＂应该怎么办,大多数人已经认识到应用专业应该以＂理论够用为度,加强学生的动手能力,实践能力＂为原则。高校旅游综合实验室是集餐厅、酒吧、客房、形体、多媒体、语音等于一体的综合性实室,摆脱模拟,成立实验宾馆饭店,实施校企合作,产、学、研结合的新形式,也是在饭店管理与客房服务专业教学改革与实践中的一种探索。
