摘    要:大豆在生长发育过程中,所处生态环境的不同,气候条件的差异是引起大豆品种化学成分变化的重要外因。研究表明,东北地区的气候条件及地理位置适合大豆脂肪的形成和积累,东北大豆品种的脂肪含量较高,东北地区为大豆高脂肪生态区。

Abstract:Different environment and climate conditions were the important factors that influence the diversification of the chemical content in the term of soybean growth and development.Researches indicate that the geographical location and climate condition are suitable for the formation and accumulation of soybean oil in Northeast China,the soybean varieties of the region have higher oil content and thus Northeast region is an ecological area with high oil content for soybean.
