高粱与苏丹草远缘杂交F1的生物学性状遗传分析

摘    要: 对高粱(Sorghum bicolor)雄性不育系与苏丹草(Sorghum sudanense)种间杂交的杂交种F1及其双亲的生育期、株高、分蘖数、叶片中脉颜色进行了遗传分析。结果表明,杂交种F1的孕穗天数有明显的趋中特点;F1的株高表现高秆特性,具有明显的杂种优势;F1的分蘖性介于双亲分蘖性之间;F1的叶片中脉颜色表现为高粱不育系与苏丹草只要有一个亲本为白脉,则F1就表现为白脉,只有双亲叶片中脉颜色均为蜡脉时F1才表现为蜡脉。因此培育高粱不育系与苏丹草杂交种(高丹草)要根据育种目标有目的选择双亲。

Abstract:Genetic analysis of the growth period,plant height,tillering number and leaf midrib colour of Sorghum bicolor male-steril line,S.sudanense and their F1 hybrids were conducted.The result showed that the growth days from sewing to booting stage of F1 hybrids had intergraded distinctly;the plant height of F1 hybrids inclined to taller-parent and its heterosis was very remarkable;the tillering ability of F1 hybrids was middle of its parents';the leaf midrib colour of F1 hybrids might be subject to a pair of gen...
