| 摘 要： | 本文以果品栽培理论、区块链理论、系统论为指导,运用文献研究法、现场调查法、比较分析法、系统分析法等方法,分析并确定了果品生产供应链上的主要生产环节、相应的技术措施和质量控制指标,设计了基于区块链运行的果品溯源集成方案、生产供应链数据管理流程、生产链数据采集与溯源应用层等。结果表明,将绿色果品生产流通与区块链技术有机结合,可为果品高信度溯源系统开发提供全面指导,对促进绿色果品产业可持续高质量发展具有重要作用。

Green fruit traceability data management design based on blockchain |

| Abstract: | With the development of society, fruit has become the main component of "big food", fruit safety is related to the overall situation of food safety. In order to overcome the series of problem,such as serious centralization, unclear information and easy to be reformed, and to change the present situation of simple quality index and low specialization about fruit traceability, in order to improve the fruit quality control ability, build the fruit quality brand and promote the sustainable development of fruit industry, under the guidance of fruit cultivation theory, blockchain theory and system theory, using the methods of Literature Research, field investigation, comparative analysis, System Analysis, etc. this paper analyzes the major production links on fruit production and supply chain, the corresponding technical application and the quality control index, the integrated scheme design of the fruit traceability based on the block chain, the design of production supply chain management process, the design about data collection on the production chain and the traceability application are completed, which provides guidance for high reliability traceability system development and operation. |
