黄淮麦区(南片)小麦粒重基因 TaGS-D1 TaCwi-A1等位变异检测及效应分析

摘    要:小麦粒重是影响小麦产量的重要因素,为了解小麦粒重基因 TaGS-D1 TaCwi-A1及其等位变异在黄淮麦区(南片)新育成小麦品种(系)中的分布情况,以94份黄淮麦区(南片)新育成小麦品种(系)为试验材料,利用功能标记GS7D、CWI22和CWI21对试验材料中 TaGS-D1 TaCwi-A1位点的等位变异进行检测,并分析了不同等位基因以及等位基因组合与粒重之间的关系。结果表明,在 TaGS-D1位点,共检测到 TaGS-D1a TaGS-D1b两种等位基因,分布频率分别为80.85%和19.15%,含有 TaGS-D1a等位基因的小麦材料的粒重显著高于含有 TaGS-D1b等位基因的材料;在 TaCwi-A1位点,共检测到 TaCwi-A1a TaCwi-A1b两种等位基因,分布频率分别为67.02%和32.98%,含有 TaCwi-A1a等位基因的小麦材料的粒重显著高于含有 TaCwi-A1b等位基因的材料;在 TaGS-D1 TaCwi-A1位点,共检测到 TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1a TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1b TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1a TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1b四种等位基因组合,分布频率分别为56.38%、24.47%、10.64%和8.51%,含有 TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1a等位基因组合的小麦材料的粒重显著高于具有其余三种等位基因组合的材料,含有 TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1b等位基因组合的小麦材料的粒重显著低于具有其余三种等位基因组合的材料。

Abstract:Wheat grain weight is an important factor affecting wheat yield.In order to understanding the distribution of alleles of wheat grain weight genes TaGS-D1 and TaCwi-A1 in new wheat varieties(lines) of Huanghuai Southern Wheat Region,a total of 94 newly released wheat varieties(lines) in Huanghuai Southern Wheat Region were used as experimental materials.The allelic variation of TaGS-D1 and TaCwi-A1 loci were detected by functional markers GS7D,CWI22 and CWI21.The relationship between different alleles or allelic combinations and grain weight was analyzed.The results showed that TaGS-D1a and TaGS-D1b alleles were detected in TaGS-D1 locus,and the distribution frequencies were 80.85% and 19.15% in these wheat varieties,respectively.The grain weight of wheat materials with TaGS-D1a allele was significantly higher than those with TaGS-D1b allele.Similarly, TaCwi-A1 locus also had two alleles,and the distribution frequencies of TaCwi-A1a and TaCwi-A1b were 67.02% and 32.98%,respectively.The grain weight of wheat materials with TaCwi-A1a allele was significantly higher than those with TaCwi-A1b allele.Four different allelic combinations including TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1a, TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1b, TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1a,and TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1b were detected in TaGS-D1 and TaGS-D1 loci,with the distribution frequencies of 56.38%,24.47%,10.64% and 8.51%,respectively.The grain weight of wheat materials with TaGS-D1a/TaCwi-A1a allele was significantly higher than that with other allele combinations.The grain weight of wheat with TaGS-D1b/TaCwi-A1b allele combination was significantly lower than that with other allele combinations.
