| 摘 要： | 为了明确绿色食品产地作物籽粒中的重金属污染物与土壤、农田灌溉水中相应污染物的量化关系，作者在1996～1997年对芸豆（云南）、红小豆（河北）、大豆（黑龙江）和花生（山东）籽粒中As，Hg，Pb，Cd和Cr的含量与土壤及农田灌溉水（还包括氟化物）中的含量进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明①土壤中的重金属污染物元素含量与农田灌溉水中的相应污染物含量的灰色关联不尽一致。除Hg与Cr在土壤与农田灌溉水中自身关联度最大之外，As，Pb和Cd在土壤中的含量与农田灌溉水中的含量不存在一致性关系。②土壤、农田灌溉水中各个重金属污染物含量与籽粒中含量的的灰色关联度大小依作物种类而不同；同一种作物在不同地区各个重金属污染物在籽粒中的累积量存在差别。③除Cd外，其他4种污染元素在4种作物籽粒中量的累积与这些元素在土壤中含量的关系不大；各种污染元素在4种作物籽粒中量的累积与这些元素在农田灌溉水中含量的关系不大。

| Abstract: | In order to clarify the correlation between heavy metals As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr and F in crop seeds and their contents in soil or in irrigation water in some green food production bases,a grey correlation analysis was applied with the data got in 1996 and 1997.The crops investigated included kidney bean in Yunnan,red bean in Hebei,soybean in Heilongjiang and peanut in Shandong.The results indicated that the heavy metals other than Hg and Cr were not closely correlated with either soil or irrigation water.The correl... |
