摘    要:选择湖南典型镉(Cd)污染稻田,分别在苗期、分蘖初期、分蘖盛期和孕穗期喷施锌(Zn)肥,研究Zn对水稻Cd吸收转运的影响。结果表明:喷施Zn肥可显著提高水稻地上部的Zn含量,并显著抑制水稻对Cd的吸收,分蘖盛期和孕穗期喷施Zn肥,稻米中Cd含量分别降低了45.85%(P0.05)和47.52%(P0.05)。试验结果还表明,水稻米、茎、叶间Zn-Cd交互作用显著,施Zn可显著抑制水稻对Cd的吸收转运,米Cd含量主要由茎Cd含量决定,但受Zn-Cd拮抗作用的调控。

Abstract:In this study, a field experiment was conducted in the Hunan typical Cd-contaminated paddy soil to investigate the influence of Zn fertilizer foliar spraying at different growth stages on Cd uptake and translocation in rice. The result showed that the Zn foliar application significantly increased the Zn content in the aboveground parts of rice and obviously inhibited the Cd absorption by rice. The Cd content in rice grain reduced by about 45.85% (P<0.05) and 47.52% (P<0.05) under the Zn foliar spraying at active tillering stage and booting stage, respectively. Zn-Cd interactions in rice grain, stems and leaves were remarkable, Zn application significantly inhibited the Cd absorption and translocation in rice, and the grain Cd content was mainly determined by the stem Cd content and regulated by the antagonistic action of Cd-Zn in rice.
