| 摘 要： | 农民在失去土地后面临着种种社会经济问题,养老保障就是其中之一。目前我国各地纷纷建立了失地农民的养老保障制度。但现行的养老保障制度具有明显的过渡性特质,聚焦经济保障,忽视服务和精神保障。在失地农民市民化过程中需进一步完善经济性保障制度、促进养老服务供给、营造养老文化氛围、满足失地农民的精神需求。

| Abstract: | Farmers are facing serious social and economic problems after losing their land. At present, all over the countries have set up the system of old-age security for land lost farmers. However, the current old-age security system has obvious transitional characteristics. It focuses on economic security and Ignores service security and security protection. In the process of landless peasants' citizenization, it is need to further improve the economic security system, to promote the provision of pension services, to create a cultural atmosphere of the elderly and to meet the spiritual needs of landless peasants. |
