| 摘 要： | 在当前行业发展的新形势与烟叶生产模式下,对石柱县烟农的年龄结构、文化素养和种烟收支情况等相关数据进行分析,发现石柱县烟农老龄化现象比较严重,烟农文化素质普遍偏低,种烟比较效益逐年下降,种烟意愿逐年减弱,这些都对烟叶生产可持续发展将产生不利影响。探讨了烟农与石柱县烟叶生产可持续发展之间的联系,提出了加大职业烟农培育力度;强化技术培训,提高种烟科技水平;加大扶持力度,提高烟农收入;创新生产组织方式,降低劳动强度;健全保障机制,降低种烟风险以及强化服务意识,减少种烟困扰等稳定烟农队伍的措施。

| Abstract: | Under the current situation of the development of the industry and the mode of tobacco production, analyze the related data such as age structure, cultural quality and the income and expenditure of tobacco growers in Shizhu County, it is found that the aging of tobacco growers is more serious, tobacco growers' cultural quality is generally low, the comparative benefits of smoking decreased year by year, the willingness of grow tobacco declined year by year, all of these will have adverse effects on the sustainable development of tobacco production. This paper discusses the relationship between tobacco growers and the sustainable development of tobacco production in Shizhu County, put forward to strengthen the cultivation of professional tobacco growers; strengthen technical training and raise the level of growing tobacco science and technology; increasing support to raise the income of tobacco growers; innovating production organization to reduce labor intensity; improve the security mechanism, reduce the risk of growing tobacco, and strengthen service awareness, avoid trouble and other measures to stabilize the tobacco growers team. |
