| 摘 要： | 阐述了酶抑制农残快速检测法的原理,从样品的代表性、胆碱酯酶的活性、仪器的功能性和操作的规范性4个方面分析了影响该方法准确性的因素,针对检测结果的假阳性和假阴性问题提出了整株或粗块提取减少干扰、增敏剂提高检测灵敏度、加热破坏干扰物质和过滤消除色素影响等解决对策。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the principle of enzyme inhibition method in the rapid detection of pesticide residues. It analyzed the four factors affecting the accuracy from the representative of the sample, the activity of cholinesterase, instrument's functionality and operation of normative. In order to reduce the false positives and false negatives of test results, the whole or coarse extraction to reduce interference, sensitization agent to improve the detection sensitivity, heat damage interference filter material and elimination of the influence of pigment are proposed. |
