| 摘 要： | 在分析"农业经济用水量"的概念及其内涵的基础上,提出了农业经济用水量的决策层次:宏观决策、中观决策和微观决策.着重分析了农业经济用水量决策系统的功能与框架,系统具有数据管理、查询服务、分析统计、模型管理、决策支持、方案评估及系统帮助等功能.并进行了数据库和模型库的设计.在此基础上探讨了系统建立的途径.
