摘    要:利用11株不同木霉菌株分别比较对峙培养法、病原菌存活率测定法、生防菌分泌物降解病原菌测定法、浸种抑菌萌发试验法及种苗接种活体筛选法对抑制黄瓜枯萎病尖孢镰刀菌Fusariumoxysporum的拮抗木霉菌的筛选效率。试验表明不同的筛选方法获得拮抗木霉菌菌株的结果差异较大,其中病原菌存活率测定法与种苗活体接种筛选法结果一致性较高,可推荐作为生防木霉菌株初筛的有效方法。
