| 摘 要： | 渭河流域水利水保措施对泥沙的影响作用，上中游地区主要以坡面水保措施为主，下游则主要是库坝，灌溉工程等水利措施，对径流的影响作用主要是农业灌溉引水。对实测的流域水泥沙资料统计分析结果表明：该流域７０年代所减水量中，降雨和流域治理的作用分别占２２．６％和７７．４％，所减沙量中，降雨和流域治理的作用分别占４７．０％和５３．０％；８０年代所减水量中，降雨和流域治理的作用分别占２１．３％和７８．７％，所减
