| 摘 要： | 本文检测了6组41头猪的淋巴细胞转化率。以最小二乘均数法及SSR 法进行分析,结果表明:两对照组(C 组及 C—C 组)的淋转率高于维持组(M 组)、低维持组(SM 组)及维持改标准饲养组(M—C 组) (p<0.05),更显著高于低维持改标准饲养组(SM—C 组)(p<0.01)。说明营养水平的降低或过低,对动物的免疫功能有重大影响。品种间相比较,东北民猪高于哈尔滨白猪(p<0.05)。不同营养水平各组的哈尔滨白猪淋转率,用方差分析及 SSR 法分析表明,C 组与 M、SM、M—C、SM—C 各组之间差异显著或非常显著,营养水平的变化,明显影响哈尔滨白猪的淋转率。民猪各组间,只有对照组与低维持组之间差异显著,说明民猪对营养水平的变化有较强的耐受力。营养水平对总 E 花环及活性 E 花环形成率无明显影响。

COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON THE TRANSFORMING CAPACITY OF LYMPHOCYTES OF PIGS WITH DIFFERENT NUTRITIONAL LEVEL AND BREED |

| Abstract: | Lymphocyte transforming rate was measured in 41 pigs (six groups).Theresults showed that,lymphocyte transforming rate of the control groups (C andC—C) were significantly higher than that of the maintainable feeding group(M),slow maintainable feeding group (SM) and maintainable feeding—standardfeeding group (M—C).The differences were significant (P<0.05).C and C—Cgroups were significantly highest than that of the slow maintainable feeding—standard feeding group (SM—C) (P<0.01).Comparing the transforming rateof lymphocytes of northeast native pigs (Min Zhu) to those of Harbin Whitepigs there were significant differences between the breeds.The former washigher than that of the latter (P<0.05).The change of nutritional level signi-ficantly influence the transforming rate of lymphocytes of Harbin White pigs.The northeast native pigs are characterized by enduring the nutritional levelchange.In all different nutritional level groups percentage of Erythrocytetotal Rosette (ERR) and Erythrocyte active Rosette (EAR) did not differ. |
