麦冬处理水中Cr(Ⅵ)的研究

摘    要:目的]探索麦冬对废水中重金属的净化效果。方法]采用水培法,研究麦冬对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力。结果]低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)能增强麦冬光合作用,促进其生长;在培养液pH值为4时,麦冬对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率在第7天达到最大值;被麦冬吸附的Cr(Ⅵ)主要富集在麦冬根系。结论]麦冬在地表水污染治理中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to explore the purifying effect of Ophiopogon to heavy metals in waste water.Method] The adsorption capacity of Ophiopogon to Cr(Ⅵ) in waste water was studied with water culture method.Result] Lower concentration Cr(Ⅵ) could strengthen photosynthesis of Ophiopogon and promote its growth.When the culture medium pH value was 4,the removal rate of Ophiopogon to Cr(Ⅵ) in water reached the maximum on the seventh day.Cr(Ⅵ) absorbed by Ophiopogon mainly enriched in roots.Conclusion] Ophiopogon has broad application prospects in the control of the surface water pollution.
