| 摘 要： | 在目前森林资源减少，环境恶化，森林保护与森林资源利用方式相互矛盾的情况下，本文主要论述了生态采代的内涵和它与传统森林采伐的关系，探讨了生态采伐在未来林业发展中存在的必要性，技术基础，运用于森林管理实践的可能性以及在未来林业发展的意义，为森林资源的管理，保护和可持续利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Current forestry situation is that resources is decreasing,environment is worsening and development is standing on the opposite to the protection.That is the point of discussing the essence of ecological cut and the relation between ecological cut and traditional cut.It indicates the necessarity,techique basis,applied possibility of ecological cut and its significance in future and mordern forestry development.It is also the reference to advanced management,protection and sustained use. |
