摘    要:管氏肿腿蜂Scleroderma guaniXiao et Wu和花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire是目前防治天牛类害虫的较为有效的寄生性天敌,对防控松材线虫病具有十分重要的意义。在已有研究成果的基础上,2009-2010年在南京市进行了批量释放试验。结果显示:批量释放管氏肿腿蜂可以对松墨天牛起到显著的防治效果,侵入孔减退率和幼虫减退率最高可达65.1%和78.2%。肿腿蜂和花绒寄甲联合释放可以提高防治效果。综合考虑防治效果和防治成本,建议实际生产过程中联合释放10 500头/hm2肿腿蜂加6 000头/hm2花绒寄甲。

Abstract:Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu and Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire were effective parasi-toids on longicorn beetles.Mass release experiment against Monochamus alternatus was made between 2009 and 2010 in Nanjing.The result showed mass release of S.guani achieved good effect.The invasion holes and larvae reduced by 65.1% and 78.2% respectively.Release of the 2 parasitoids simultaneously could enhance the control effect.Considering the control effect and cost,relaese of S.guani 10 500/hm2 and D.helophoroides ...
