摘    要:采用盆栽实验,通过GC-FPD分析方法,分析了涕灭威在甘薯中的吸收及在茎叶中的降解。结果表明,涕灭威很快就会被甘薯根系吸收并转移到茎叶。在茎中,涕灭威4d即达到峰值浓度,其降解产物涕灭威亚砜和涕灭威砜分别在第17d和第21d达到浓度峰值。在叶中,涕灭威浓度6d达到峰值,涕灭威亚砜在第14d、涕灭威砜在第24d达到峰值浓度。

Abstract:Absorption and degradation of aldicarb in stems and leaves of sweet po tato were studied by GC-FPD analytical method using pot culture experiment. The results showed that aldicarb was absorbed quickly by sweet potato roots and tra nsferred to stems and leaves after being drilled into the soil. In the stems, th e peak concentration of aldicarb came out on the 4th day after application, and its main metabolites aldicarb-sulfoxide and aldicarb-sulfone's peak concentrat ions appeared on the 17th and 21st day, respectively. In the leaf, the peak conc entration of aldicarb came out on the 6th day, and sulfoxide and sulfone's peak concentrations exhibited on the 14th and 24th day after application, respectivel y.
