摘    要:本试验采用生物素—亲和素酶复合物—斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC—Dot—ELISA)检测食品中沙门氏菌。该法可检出ISC液中接种的沙门氏菌。其敏感性可达104—105千个/L,比常规免疫酶法和免疫荧光法提高10—100倍。特异性检测表明,其与大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、产气杆菌未发生交叉反应。该法在24h内可报告结果,比常规法至少快3—4d。对200份食品检样进行检测,检出19份,检出率9.5%,与常规法检测结果平行比较,漏检率仅为0.5%,结果相差不显著(P>0.05)。进行3次重复性试验,结果完全相同。试验结果表明,该法操作简便、敏感、快速,具有较高的特异性,适于对大批样品进行快速检测。

Abstract:Salmonella in food were detected by using of ABC-Dot-ELISA. The bacteria cultured in ISC solution could be detected with the method. The sensitivity of the method reached 104 105 bacteria/1ml. which is 10-100 times and 10 times higher thanthose of Dot-ELISA and Fluorescent Antibody technique respectively. Speciality testing revealed no cross-reactions between the bacteria and E. colt, B. gasoformans. The method giving results within 24 hours was 3-4 days faster than common method. Of 200 food samples, 19 were positive. The positive rate 9. 5 percent. Compared with the common method, the difference of the results was not significant (P>0.05). The repeatability of the results was good. Therefore, the method is simple, sensitive, rapid and specific and can be used f6r rapid detection of a great quantity of samples.
