浙江农村饮水安全的空间计量经济学分析

摘    要:从空间计量经济学角度,采用Moran's I指数验证了浙江省各地市之间农村饮水安全问题具有空间相关的特性,在此基础上利用Panel Data结合空间误差模型实证分析浙江农村饮水安全的成因。计量结果显示,人均纯收入、饮水工程投资和因水质污染造成的未达标人口比例会影响一个地区的农村饮水安全水平,且因水质污染造成的未达标人口比例影响最为显著。

Abstract:With the spatial econometric theories and methods,the spatial characteristics of rural drinking water safety data from Zhejiang is checked by the Moran's I index and the contributing factors are studied by using the spatial error model(SEM) based on the panel data.The empirical results show that the rural drinking water safety is determined by per capita net income,investment in drinking water projects and the proportion of non-target population due to water pollution,and the proportion of non-target popula...
