摘    要:采用离体试验法研究了三环唑与阿米西达混剂对水稻稻瘟病菌的室内毒力作用。结果表明:三环唑和阿米西达的复配剂可抑制菌丝的生长与稻瘟菌孢子的产生,当三环唑与阿米西达的比例为8∶1、6∶1、4∶1、2∶1时,对菌丝生长和稻瘟菌孢子的EC50值分别为0.2292~0.9728μg/mL和0.5967~1.2793μg/mL,其中三环唑:阿米西达4∶1时抑制作用最好,相应的EC50分别为0.2292μg/mL和0.5967μg/mL。混剂结合了三环唑与阿米西达两者的优点,可以延缓水稻稻瘟病菌抗药性的产生。

Abstract:Toxicities of tricyclazole mixed amistar on Mangnaporthe grisea were investigated in vitro. The results showed that the mixtures of tricyclazole and amistar could inhibit the spore formation and hyphal growth of M. grisea. When the ratio of tricyclazole and amistar was 8: 1,6: 1,4:1 or 2: 1, the corresponding ECso value of the mixtures of tricyclazole and amistar inhibiting the hyphal growth and spore formation of M. grisea were 0. 229 2 - 0. 972 8 μg/mL and 0. 596 7 - 1. 279 3μg/mL, respectively. Among fungicide mixtures screened, the mixture of tricyclazole and amistar (tricyclazole: amistar = 4:1 )was found the best inhibition effect than others. The EC50 value to spore formation and hyphal growth of M. grisea were 0. 229 2 and 0.596 7 μg/mL, respectively. The mixture combined the strongpoints of tricyclazole and amistar, and application of the mixture was to delay the production of resistance of M. grisea to pesticides.
