摘    要:根据计算流体力学方法,利用雷诺应力湍流模型和多相流模型中的混合物模型,对采用叶片式、螺旋式和通式3种不同旋转栅的脱油型动态旋流器流场分别进行数值模拟,以揭示旋转栅流道结构对动态旋流器流场的影响。结果表明:旋转栅结构形式对动态旋流器内湍流强度和湍流耗散的影响非常大;螺旋式旋转栅可以降低动态旋流器内旋转栅附近的湍流强度,但对旋流器内整个流场湍流的改善并不明显;与叶片式和螺旋式旋转栅相比,通式旋转栅所产生的切向速度和轴向速度较大,具有更强的分离能力和更宽的高效分离域。

Abstract:In order to research the influence of flow structure of rotating-bar on the flow field within 3 kind of deoiling dynamic hydrocyclones(vane type,spiral type and straight-through type),flow fields are simulated based on the computational fluid dynamics method.Reynolds stress model and mixer model of multi-phase models are used in the calculation.The results show that the rotating-bar has a huge impact on the turbulent intensity and dissipation.Moreover,the turbulent intensity around the spiral-type rotating-bar of dynamic hydrocyclone can be controlled or weaken.The straight-through type rotating-bar can generate larger tangential velocity and axial velocity,and has stronger separation capability and wider efficient separation domain than the other.
