山区大落差管道试压方案优化

摘    要:山区大落差管道试压受试压介质静压差的影响,试压分段琐碎,导致出现大量现场连头,既影响试压效率,又存在管道泄漏风险。以兰成原油管道为例,从环向应力计算、低点应力水平确定、隧道群整体试压和局部壁厚调整等方面进行大落差管道试压方案优化,经优化,康县段管道试压从45段减少至24段,极大地提高了工作效率,减少了“黄金口”数量;分析了钢管订货和穿越公路河流段管道试压等环节的注意事项,以及试压连头和残留空气对试压的影响。

Abstract:As the hydrotest for huge fall pipeline in mountain area is impacted by static pressure difference,with multiple pipe sections and great number of field pipe joints,which will not only impact the hydrotest efficiency,but also cause leakage risks of pipeline.Taking the LanzhouChengdu Crude Oil Pipeline as an example,this paper carries out the optimization in hydrotest scheme for huge fall pipeline in some aspects,including calculation of hoop stress,determination of low point stress level,integral tunnel groups hydrotest,and local wall thickness adjustment and so on.After the optimization,the numbers of pipe sections to be tested in Kangxian Pipeline Section are reduced from 45 to 24,and the working efficiency is improved greatly,and reduces the numbers of "Tie-in".The technical points in steel pipe ordering and hydrotest for the pipe section crossing highways and rivers are analyzed,as well as the impact of tested "tie-in" of pipe sections and residual air.
