摘    要:为了促进营养价值高而全、且是唯一的单体植物就可以满足人体全部基本物质需求的特色蔬菜——藜麦苗的广泛种植,对其进行试验和生产探索,挖掘藜麦菜的适应性强(一年四季均可种植)、抗逆性强(耐寒、耐旱、耐瘠薄、耐盐碱、耐霜冻等)、营养丰富(粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、氨基酸、维生素C、钙、铁等)、药用价值高(清热、解毒、降压)等优势,并且从栽培季节、整地施肥、催芽、定植、水肥管理、病虫害防治等环节,全面总结出一套藜麦苗高效栽培技术,为这种特色蔬菜的规模化种植奠定基础。藜麦菜是一次播种多次采收的叶菜类蔬菜,值得广泛推广。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to promote the wide planting of quinoa seedling, which was a characteristic vegetable with high and complete nutritional value and was the only single plant that could meet all the basic material needs of human body, the experiment and production exploration were carried out. The advantages were explored, which contained high adaptability (being planted all the year round), stress resistance (cold resistance, drought resistance, barren resistance, salt and alkali resistance, frost resistance and so on) and rich nutrition (crude fiber, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, amino acid, vitamin C, calcium, iron and so on), high medicinal value (clearing heat, detoxifying, lowering blood pressure). A set of highefficiency cultivation technology of quinoa seedling was summarized comprehensively from the aspects of cultivation season, field fertilization, sprouting, planting, water and fertilizer management, pest control and other links, which laid a foundation for the large-scale cultivation of this characteristic vegetable. Quinoa seedling was a kind of leafy vegetable, which was harvested many times at sown for once, and it was worth popularizing widely.
