液压技术在整杆式甘蔗联合收获机上的应用与研究

摘    要:分析了我国甘蔗收获机应用液压技术的现状。在4ZL―150型整杆式甘蔗联合收割机分析的基础上,对应用的液压系统和主要工作部件进行详细说明。通过广西农机鉴定站的检测,结果表明:液压系统应用于甘蔗联合收割机上能更好地实现作业工序,整机性能运行平稳;切割装置和液压系统支路设计合理;含杂率4%和总损失率2.0%都低于糖厂对机械化收获的甘蔗要求,液压系统应用于甘蔗联合收获机上是方便可行。

Abstract:The sugarcane harvester with hydraulic technology is analyzed in China.Based on the analysis of the whole stalk sugarcane harvester,hydraulic system and main parts are also specified in detail.Through Guangxi agricultural machinery appraisal station testing,the results show that: the sugarcane harvester with hydraulic technology is better for operation process and smoothing operation;cutting device and hydraulic system branch designed reasonable;dirt percentage was 4% and total loss 2.0% below the requireme...
