| Abstract: | By combining the reality of the library, the paper has elaborated that it is essential to expand county-level library construction, develop domains and space by broadening capital raising, improving the integrated quality of librarian, forming the characteristic of library collection, increasing service items according to the local condition, doing a good job in library propaganda work, and effectively bringing into full play the culture sharing engineering. |
