| 摘 要： | 一个地区应重点发展和采用何种节水灌溉项目,主要取决于该地区的自然条件、水资源条件、农业种植状况,经济发展水平以及技术与社会等因素。在这些众多的影响和制约因素中,有些因素可以定量化,而有些因素难以定量表示,某些难以定量表示的定性因素甚至对工程方案的优化起着主导作用。

| Abstract: | Summary should focus on the development of a region and in what water-saving irrigation projects,depending on the region's natural conditions,water resources,farming status,level of economic development and technical and social factors.And many of these constraints,some factors can be quantified,and some factors difficult to quantify,some difficult to quantify the qualitative factors that even the optimization of engineering solutions play a leading role. |
